Stauning Whisky is a Danish whisky distillery founded in 2005 by nine whisky enthusiasts. The production is done using traditional Scottish methods of whisky production, and done mainly by hand using local grain and water.

Named after this first socio-democratic Prime Minister of Denmark, Stauning eller Kaos. This expression is a blend of rye and single malt whiskies, giving it a bit of smoke, a bit of spice, and a lot of complexity in a versatile Nordic whisky.
