Produced under the Pot Still K series, which  uses the defunct Karuizawa Distillery's salvaged pot still, this single malt whisky is produced using 100% local Japanese barley, which is extremely rare due to lack of suitable farmland. A total of only 2,500 bottles produced in this very limited first edition. Matured for 3-5 years in several type of barrels, this whisky is bottled at 55.5% ABV, sporting a beautiful pale amber colour.
