The master blender has chosen a second fill bourbon barrel for this bottle, which is more than four years old and has a typical non peated bourbon barrel aged taste. It is a beautiful amber whisky with a moderately aged,round aroma and mouthfeel, and the typical malty sweetness of bitter chocolate, vanilla, and honey is pleasant right through to the aftertaste. It can be said to be the basis of the taste that the Sakurao Distillery aims for. We hope you enjoy it.
