This 21 year old single malt from The GlenDronach distillery was release in 2011 and named after the parliament (i.e., colony) of rooks that live in the trees near the distillery. Matured for a minimum of 21 long years in a combination of Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks, this single malt is a Sherry masterpiece. 

This batch was bottled in 2021 - due to the mothballing of the distillery during 1996-2001, they are said to contain whiskies aged at least 25 years.

This is one of the last batches of non-chill filtered and natural colour expressions.
