Daftmill is a family-owned and operated seasonal distillery, located in the heart of the Kingdom of Fife, Lowland. This farm distillery only runs during the farm's quiet periods, Mid-summer and winter, resulting in very limited production per year.

This 2007 Winter Batch was made by six first fill ex-bourbon barrels (040/2007, 041/2007, 042/2007, 044/2007, 045/2007 and 046/2007), were distilled and filled by the 10th of December 2007.
