The Glendronach Allardice is named after the distillery's founder, James Allardice. This 18 year old single malt has been matured exclusively in Oloroso Sherry casks, and one of the best 18 year old Sherried whiskies in the market. Chewy and fruits, with layers of soft spice and rich raisins and dates. This particular batch was bottled in 2019 - due to the mothballing of the distillery during 1996-2001, this whisky is said to contain whiskies that are at least 23-24 years in age.
