Bimber Small Batch Re-Charred Oak Casks Single Malt London Whisky

Bimber distillery was founded by whisky lovers, with a mission to produce high-quality single malt whisky by using traditional methods. They begins at single farm to grow up their own barley. then using traditionally floor malted, hand-mashed and fermented slowly for seven days in wooden washbacks.

It's the first small batch release of 5,000 bottles has been matured in re-charred, American oak casks.
