Located on the lower slopes of Speyside’s sentinel mountain, ‘The Ben’ produces a highly individual make but which – due to its demand by blenders – has never become a front-line single malt. Single malts from Benrinnes are occassionally seen from Independent Bottlers, and this expression from Signatory Vintage was matured for 20 years in a pair of ex-Bourbon hogsheads.
